Maybe because I still have some Palmer Prism colors which are brilliant hues compared to this set. But, instantly I was dubious of them and thought it was the plastic bottles they are in which seem frosted, then upon opening orange, I found it to be very pastel-like. The set is generous in the range of colors. Here's a picture of this ceramic sun I've been working on and the purple, blue & yellow, you can see the difference in how muted the orange looks in comparison. Not sure if I'm going to send these back and or order a different set in hopes those colors will offer more brilliance for my needs. I really can't go with fewer stars yet, I can't offer a full five because the picture offered for this set shows the colors to be more dynamic. Such a conundrum.

The best pack of acrylic paint you can buy in this price range. This pack has a great selection of paint in vibrant colors and the paint brushes it comes with are the nicest i have ever used. 100% will buy again when i run out off paint.

Bright, bold colors! The brushes that come in the box are high quality and the paint spreader is decent as well. Can't beat that price tag either! Makes a great gift, for yourself or others. Will be purchasing again.

This set had every color I needed for my holiday painting projects.

Paint is SO thick, it dries fast and weird 🤔....weird because it is really crumbly and hard to clean off my palette. I could just keep adding something to thin out the paint but am eager to purchase a different brand; im justvnor sure which one! 🙃 I understand that acrylic paint is thicker and dries quickly but I just really didnt care for the piant overall. 😕

I am actually very pleased with the quality of these paints. The only downside is that it's not as thick as I would like. Other reviewers mention that their paint is nice and thick, but mine is more on the watery side compared to other brands. However, they still work very well. The colors are nice, and they dry beautifully. I definitely recommend this for beginners!

I just recently started painting and this set was a great purchase! It offeres a wide variety of colors to mess around with and some brushes that seem to be on par with level one brushes. I recommend purchasing a pallet alongside this so you can have something to mix your colors on. Remember, any day you get to paint is a good day!

I love this brand it is the first purchase I made with them and I am not disappointed. The paints are very bright and you get so many different colors. The brushes were an added bonus I didn't even realize they were in there until I opened it. They are great and easy to clean. The only downfall to this paint is it is much thinner and has a lot shorter drying time than other acrylic paints I've used. On the bright side you won't need paint thinner.
