Pretty, but not Pretty Good
This chair is so handsome! It's a shame that it isn't better built. The second day I used it at my desk, and tried to roll to the printer of my computer, one of the casters broke off. They are strangely designed in that the "pin" that holds the caster in the chair base is positioned off center. That means the stress is on the plastic housing, not the center of the wheel. The manufacturer wouldn't send a new caster - it had to be a whole new chair. I opted to return it.It would have been easy to return, but once the base is on - well - it was almost impossible. I was able to construct a return box (the original wouldn't hold the chair now) by buying a couple shipping boxes at The Home Depot. Another problem is that the chair does not tilt. So, it's straight up and that's it. I imagine that if you use this chair on a wood floor, concrete or linoleum (not tile, the wheels would stick in the grout lines and probably break off), you might be fine. On carpet with a "carpet protector mat" - nope. Super-good looking, but not for me.

Not for short people
My husband and I ordered these chairs for our home office. I have the white one, he has the brown one. The quality of the leatherette is good, nice hardware, rollers work well. Only problem is that the chair doesn't lower far enough, I think this may be a flaw in the design. It appears that they used a strange base that doesn't allow the chair to lower. There is enough room in the chair stem (about 3-4 extra inches) but the base won't allow for lowering. So if you're tall, over 5'11", you'll love this chair! I put a box at my feet in order to sit comfortably. My husband is 5'10" so he deals with it just fine.

Good product, but bad service and packaging
The first shipment I received didn't have any instructions in the box. I started assembling the chair because it seemed intuitive enough. At the last step, I had trouble getting the seat on the rod connecting it to the base because there was an extra plastic piece that I wouldn't have known to remove if I didn't have instructions. After calling the company, they said they would email me instructions (but never did), however they did send me a replacement chair. I had so much trouble coordinating with them to pick up my defect chair and they never followed up, so I ended up throwing it out. I like the chair itself, but went through way too much hassle to get it together.

Looks nice, but bad wheels!
The chair looks really nice, but be prepared to order better wheels the ones that come with the chair do not turn properly and just drag across the floor instead of rolling leaving huge scratches on my oak floors. I had to buy rubber replacement wheels to remedy the problem.

Missing pieces.
Chair is great. However it came completely in shambles, with multiple stains, and no screws. My friend got the same chair from bed bath and beyond - took forever and was missing a wheel. Thought ordering from amazing would have been better but it was not. Clearly it's just the manufacturer. Disappointing because the chair itself is so sleek looking.

Functional and fashionable
The chair is a bit stiff since it doesn't recline, but it's perfect for law students like me who need to stay up for long hours. AND it's got a modern look that accessorizes any environment fashionably well. Give it a whirl!

You'll get what you pay for
Just received the chair. Paid $100 on "sale," and it arrived promptly--with NO instructions, NO illustration--just the parts. Appears that either a leg, a caster or more likely the loose rolling stem with a bottlecap end pierced the cardboard or faux-leather-whatever lower back which only became apparent when I pulled the plastic off as I unpacked it.I'm hoping it's now assembled, since parts went together fairly easily--plate with four screws and a directional "FRONT" stamped on it; the aforementioned stem which I also hope had a cap to be removed because it's gone now; and the casters went right in. The cap on the stem may have been essential, as the adjustment lever flops uselessly below the seat. I would refer to the troubleshooting section of the instructions, but...If you buy it for an extra, never to be used white-ish chair in your office, you've got this. If you were anticipating seating--might wanna have someone look it over before you try it out. I'm certainly going to do that.GOT WHAT I PAID FOR FROM MODWAY

Stylish
Don't purchase if you are looking for comfort. This chair was designed for looks. With that said, it looks great in my study and I love it.

GOOD LOOKING WHITE OFFICE CHAIR
Contemporary white and chrome chair at a reasonable price. Easy to put together. Roller wheels do not move smoothly and churn off bits of black. Seat has little padding and stitching is noticeably off track in one area. Comes with an extra gas cartridge however, so you almost expect it will need to be used at some point. Looks great in my living room office.
