You get 4 pads. They are about 4x6 or close. Color theme is gray/taupe/white areas, with 4 different prints - exactly as shown. Very cute. I purchased to put a note inside with some cash tips in envelope. Worked as expected. They are probably a little pricey for 4 pads, but the paper quality and print quality are there. Also, MADE IN THE USA. I'm willing to drop a bit more for that pretty much every time. The notes tore off nicely. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

Very cute little pads of paper. I liked their rustic design which is why I bought them. Can use several sheets to write a short letter to someone. Or you can use them for note pads or To Do lists. They average about $2.75 per pad which isn't bad considering shipping is included. Paper thickness feels good and not too thin. A ballpoint pen would be perfect. A sharpie might bleed through.
