Abbotsford 23"x19" LED Electric Fireplace Stove Insert with Remote - 3D Logs and Fire (Black)

My mom bought a plug in fireplace years ago and the electric unit started to get too old to function and replacing the insert seemed like the best and most cost effective solution and it worked perfectly. The insert fit in perfectly. Not to mention that little heater was something she was really getting used to. This entire unit just slipped right in place of the old unit. Instillation took about 5 minutes. This one is about 1/3 of the thickness of the old one and 2 times as powerful. I replaced it in the off season ( spring) so it hasn’t had much use but of late may, 2021, this was great.

We have an 1800s home with coal burning fireplaces that we never updated and thus were not useable. We looked at updating them, but that was many thousands of dollars with no guarantee that they would function. I searched for fireplace inserts that would work with them, but coal fireplaces are very small (16X24x7). I am so excited to have found this insert. Unpacked it, placed it in the fireplace, plugged it in, and that was it! Beautiful. The heat is awesome, and I love having a remote control to operate it from my bed. I will be putting these in my guest room fireplaces as well.

I have searched for years for a fireplace insert that would fit into a tall and narrow 1900s coal fireplace. It took a bit of work to prep the fire box but the result was so worth it! Great product. Quality construction and the flames look so real.

Don’t be deceived, it’s not worth it.Construction is a waste of time and money.

I'm missing a piece of the mantle and will probably have to send it back. waste of time.

I have an old coal fireplace that is only 19" wide and this fit perfectly in the opening side to side. I did have to make a wood base for height and painted it black so it blends right in. Haven't had a need to use it yet, but it looks like an original piece. Only concern is that there was no manual included. Tried scanning the code, but that only showed how to assemble the fireplace, which I didn't buy.

The media could not be loaded. Fits perfectly under the sink in our RV. Was extremely easy to install. The heat was good but since it is the start of summer won't be using that for a while. The remote is good but it was too easy to set up with Google not to do that.

The unit seems to work well and looks great but as soon as I took it from the box there was already a pretty significant strach on the from hood. Currently working on a solution for either replacing the part or returning the item! Will update later
