Good little lock for gym for basic valuables, I think with a good bar would just break so wouldn't use as a high level security device just something for small use like gym locker or maybe a deterrent for suitcase snatching at going to airport. Simple stuff.

I purchased 2 of these locks. I found them to be unreliable.Customer service, however, was second to none. After contacting them they offered a solution immediately. This is a great example of how customer service should be - Thanks.

Great lock for low-level security applications. A little expensive for what it is. Would still have given 5 stars if there was not an issue with the instructions. After trying many many times to set it up with the instruction leaflet, I was about to send back. Then I found a smaller set of instructions also in the box. These were only slightly different but following it the setup was quick and effective. There should have been more care to avoid this.

I had one of these in the past and somehow lost it and I thought I'd order what appears to be the same one but very dissapointed with this one. Take numerous attempts to open which is a complete pain and I've tried numerous times to reset it and register multiple fingers but to no avail. Previous one had 4 fingers registered and this one just the one. Complete pain once again. Maybe i just got a dodgy one but very poor experience with that one I'm afraid. Stay away from it and look for a better alternative.

Looked good in the box but infuriating to set up.After multiple attempts I finally managed to program in a series of finger prints, only to find that this padlock DOES NOT WORK with wet or slightly damp fingers.The fingerprint sensor on my phone works under same conditions...Make your own minds up.

Great lock, recognition works well. You need to read the manual to set it up, but the instructions are good.

It does not work. After programming my fingerprint and trying it out, I was really happy until I discovered that anyone can open it with any fingerprint. Actually not even fingerprints are required I could open it with any skin contact. Opened it up with any knuckle and even my nose opened it. Tried checking manufacturers site, everything in Chinese. Waste of money
