I like the feel of body glide a little bit better but this is a much better value and does the job just as well. I guess I should say that I'm not a runner. I started using these products years ago to prevent chafing in and around the lower parts during the warm months. I used to go through a stick of body glide every few months. I'm still using the first stick of Mueller years later. It's almost gone and I bought a replacement months ago but the first one is still going.

If it's shorts weather, this goes on every possible point of contact on my body during a run. Although I consider myself a runner (about to run my fourth half!), I don't have a runner's body-- as in, my thighs touch. I love this stuff. I can avoid chaffed, bleeding inner thighs after a long run (without having to wear manly shorts), and also avoid blisters on my feet. Can't say enough!

No different than Vaseline. Would prefer a more powdery texture. Serves its purpose in a convient applicator if you can get past the greasy feel.

If you buy this product and have it shipped to someplace hot like central Texas in May it will be melted and there is an understandable (though frustrating) no return policy.

This is the only lube stick I have ever found to work to prevent hot spots and chaffing. No perfumes or harsh odors. Essentially it is wax. Apply to skin and to the clothing and you won't regret it.

Mueller's lube is great for feet, any area that can get chafed from clothing, or skin against skin. I buy this product by the case and also give it as gifts to my running friends, particularly those who run long distances. I've tried countless brands and this is the best. It's not greasy, it doesn't make your feet slide around in shoes, and you won't notice it on your skin. It stays on and is effective for at least a marathon without reapplication. It's got a neutral smell, and a stick lasts a long time. Goodbye blisters, goodbye chafe.

saved my legs from chafing and my feet from blistering. Great buy!! Lasts for hours, and as one other reviewer put it, you don't notice it's there, but you notice when its not. Definitely saved me from more than a couple of painful recovery days.

I use it between two toes that are rubbing now that I'm walking and hiking far more. Pain from being active is so discouraging, so far this is preventing more blisters. Love it!
