Delicious cheddar
Used this in a broccoli spinach quiche and on homemade pizza. Absolutely creamy deliciousness. I order whenever it’s on sale. Last time I ordered 5 blocks so I don’t run out as quickly. We use a lot of cheddar in this house!

Good Cheddar Made From Grass Fed Cows
A healthy indulgence is what you get with this quality crafted cheese. One of my favorites. Grass fed dairy as the base it always the best way to go if possible.

Excellent flavor that goes well with most dishes or just by itself. Creamy with a bit of tang.I love it grated on top of my salad or on a classic burger even tacos.

You will get a much smaller block than you think
Good quality cheddar is usually sold in thin bricks. That is what you will get not a square brick like the photo shows. But it’s good stuff so nothing to worry about.

I like the way the cheese goes well with salami and crackers as well as with turkey, ham, or roast beef sandwiches.

Creamy Cheesey Cheddar
Kerry Gold delivers a full creamy cheddar cheese. Little spendy but it's a great product.

Aged 15 months, mold in 3 weeks.
Molded really fast. Yes, cheese moles, and on a hard cheese you can cut it off, but that leads to losing some of the cheese and it the price of this, I hate to cut off so much of it and toss it. Go with the Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar in the black and yellow wrapper. Crazy good, great crunchy little crystals throughout. Half the price of this and I gladly would put it on any cheese tray for anyone. Will be skipping this one though.
