After a recent trip to the zoo in which my mom wore a backpack all day, she asked me if I had ever heard of anything like a backpack that could help her posture. I think she was thinking a backpack purse, but I had a different idea. She felt like just the simple feeling of having something on her shoulders really helped her, so I ordered this for her. She has had it for about a week and walks every day 3 miles on the treadmill while wearing this. She is 70 years old and in good health, so I am grateful that posture is a major concern for her. Its tied to your health in so many ways , associated with headaches, breathing problems, energy, circulation, and pain all over the body and fortunately because she is in such good health she is thinking of this little thing that is actually quite a big thing. This product is working great for her and she has told me many times what a difference it has made for her.

I'm working at a desk all day long and notice that at the end of the day my posture is not that good. I heard about posture corrector few months ago but through they were more fancy than really useful.Recently I finally had some back pain so I searched, and found this cheap one so I decided to give it a try.I have to say that I'm surprised, I'm wearing it for a week and already notice some progress! No more back pain, and even when I'm not wearing it I'm much more aware that I'm slouching and fix it. But be careful, use it progressively, like no more than 1 hour the first day! I was excited and used it few hours the first day and it was painful when I used it the second day. I'm now able to wear it 3 hours a day without any problemI recommend this product, I was sceptic but it is useful in the end

Unfortunately I’m returning this item. I tried it on and it was fairly simple to figure out how to adjust it. It definitely felt like it was pulling my shoulders back and I could instantly feel a bit of relief from my poor posture. However once on and snug, it cuts into my arm pit area too tightly. It may be my size or my sensitivity level. I’m a female, 5 1’ and weigh about 125. I don’t not recommend this product since it seems like it would be effective, it just wasn’t for me.

There’s nothing wrong with it as far as I can tell except that it’s too large. The chest-based measurements are not really what determines the fit here, so if you have very narrow shoulders and a thin frame—regardless of how big your chest is— I’d suggest finding a similar product that comes in different sizes. On the tightest setting, I can still fit my hand easily under the strap, and I have a 33”-ish chest but very small, thin shoulders.Fwiw, these posture devices do really help.

The Velcro does not stay on. I am constantly fiddling with it in order to stay in place. The unit consistently slips as you go about your day and you end up having the pull it down from the back in order to align it properly again. Additionally the straps are supposed to go through some slips at the base of the back of the unit and then wrap it under your armpit and onto your shoulders, but you cannot put on the device without having the unit pre-set so it is very difficult to initially put it on, and then the Velcro is undoing itself as you try to put it on... very frustrating.The good thing is once you have it on and it's working properly, the unit works. It has alleviated a lot of my back pain and has helped my posture while sitting at my desk or going out and doing errands.

This is small. I recognize I'm not a small person but I'm not all that big either (6'1 and 200lbs). So this does fit, but the straps are too short. The straps have to be on the largest setting for this to work for me. Perhaps the company can include a size chart. This would be like a medium in shirt sizes.

It provides some support for my thoracic spine, but continuously have to readjust because it slips. It did into my underarms occasionally, too. I frequently have to adjust while wearing the brace.

My wife has transitioned from working at an office to at home recently and she was complaining about back and neck pains so I purchased this product. I wasn’t quite sure if this would help but I gave it a shot. After wearing it for a few days the pain in her neck and back area have subsided some. She wears it throughout the day for an hour at a time. It’s easy to use and very discrete. You can’t even tell a person has it on unless they tell you. I’m glad I found something to help my wife a little while she is working at home. I truly recommend this product. 100% worth it especially for the price.
