Blank Comic Book for Kids: Create Your Own Story, Drawing Comics and Writing Stories

My 8 year old LOVED this book! She immediately sat down and filled out two pages and the cover as soon as I gave it to her, and only stopped because it was time for her to go to bed. I love how there are different layouts on each page (some other similar products had the exact same layout on every page). The cover has kind of a waxy coating, so you should use a Sharpie to draw on it so it doesn't smear. I'm pretty sure markers would bleed through the inside pages, so I figured my daughter could use colored pencils to color in the drawings. I also bought her a black Pigma Micron pen for writing and outlining since it supposedly doesn't bleed through paper. Unfortunately, it did bleed through a little. It would be nice if the paper was slightly thicker so kids could use markers to color without bleed through - I would be willing to pay a few extra dollars for that. Overall, this is a pretty good book at a great price, and I can see us buying more of them in the future.

I apparently got one that was using up the last of the ink when printing. Wish there was better quality control. Cute idea of gotten 4 stars if pages printed properly.

My grandkids loved this item. Couldn't wait to get started writing and drawing.

This is still providing hours of joy for my children. They love it and have created their own series. I recommend for creative children.

Absolutely a perfect gift for an aspiring artist

This is undoubtably the best thing I’ve bought on Amazon for a long time. I bought three books, one for each child, and this has immediately sparked conversations about how their comics will unfold, who the characters will be, and much more interest than any new gadget/game/device/app has recently.In a world where children are too often glued to their screens or solitary this has been a clear insight into their true ability to imagine, draw and discuss with each other when given the right medium to express themselves.The books themselves are reasonable quality for their intended use, the cover is best illustrated with sharpies or a similar pen as others might smudge. The internal pages are laid out in varying comic formats allowing for taller scenes or smaller quick-action scenes and would best suit pencils or finer pens as others will leak through pages.I am definitely looking forward to seeing the final results... picture attached is the front cover of one of our books.

Please don't buy this if you're expecting to find pictures in it, because you'll be deeply disappointed. It's basically a comic book without anything in except blank boxes. Some are square-ish, some are rectangular-ish and some are kind of a cross between square and oblongy. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a light read.

My 9yo son has started to get into drawing and so this blank comic book was a fab starter to further his interest and imagination away from the PSP4 & Nintendo switch 👍🏼He loves it and we are marvel fans so the stories and drawings have been fab!

Does what it says on the tin. My boys are always drawing comic strips but I think the thought of designing the page layout, drawing grids etc puts them off sometimes as they’re impatient & want to get straight into the the fun part. Thick book with lots of pages ready to be filled. Would recommend.

Bought for my kids for Xmas so not used as yet bit I'm confident they will absolutely love them. A great idea for kids who love drawing!
