Easy to use and works great!
Although I have an excellent quality Rowenta iron, pulling out an ironing board every time I needed to iron something turned into a big PITA and I don’t have anywhere to keep it set up. So I asked friends and they all said “get a steamer!”. I work for a major clothing retailer and they use the Jiffy pro in their stores. Sure, I’d love one, but spending hundreds of $ is crazy for personal use and it takes about 10 minutes for the huge water chamber to heat up. So when researching the Jiffy I came across the personal hand-held size and thought it might be a good choice since (once they’re up to temp and working) the pro model works great. The selling point for me - IT COMES IN PINK. So my husband won’t run off with it (he travels a lot for work).Sure, I know I can go to a major retailer and get a little hand-held steamer for a lot less, but there’s features about this one that makes it better. Filling it with water is super easy. The steam cap pops off with a quick twist and the opening is plenty big to either fill it under a tap or a container (I use filtered tap water and fill a 32oz empty seltzer bottle since I use this in my bedroom.)It heats up in about 2 minutes and holds enough water to well steam 2-3 items, such as a pair of pants, shirt, and a jacket.Emptying when you’re done is super easy. Again, twist off the cap and pour it out. This is recommend so the water inside doesn’t get skunky, wich can make clothes stinky, and some water sources have minerals and gunk in them that can make inside the steamer gross. The directions say to wait until the unit has cooled but I wait until the water stops boiling and then dump it very carefully so I don't get scalded. Then I stand it upside down on the edge of my sink to dry.The cord is heavy duty and wraps around the steamer, and the plug end has a clip so it attaches to the cord and keeps it wound up and tidy. And god forbid anything should ever go wrong with it, such as dropping and cracking the steamer cap, Jiffy sells individual parts.I expect to have this thing for the rest of my life, it’s that freakin awesome.

Still Lovin' It After Over 2 Years of Constant Use
I bought this in October 2013. Since then I've used it anywhere from 1 to 5 times per week. It is my favorite appliance. I hate to iron and I hate wrinkled clothes. This steamer is especially effective on knits (t-shirts, blouses, base layers), but also works great on stiffer materials like denim, twill, and denser cotton. A few things to know:1. This will not give that "crisp crease" look to pants or dress shirts; so if that's a priority for you, you'll need to stick with something that presses the cloth like an iron.2. The density of the material and the degree to which it is wrinkled will determine how many pieces of clothing you can do on 1 tankful of water; I can usually do a 2-3 shirts and a pair of pants before refilling it.3. We have very hard water in my city and there is significant mineral build-up on the heating element. Periodically I will clean it with CLR or vinegar, but most of the time I am negligent. The steamer still works great.4. I had a Shark "Press & Refresh" which had a catastrophe failure. From that purchase I have a pad that hangs over my laundry room door with Velcro clips and a hook for a hanger - this pad, the hook, and the clips are great to use with my steamer. I'd say to make sure you have some kind of over-the-door hook available that you can put a hanger on with the garment. Then you can hold the steamer with one hand and hold sections of the garment taut with the other hand as you steam.5. The steamer has a very long cord which is great and a very strong plug.6. There is no On/Off switch - when you plug it in it is ON and you have to unplug it to turn it OFF.7. If you want to steam curtains, you might need a bigger steamer. I have 8 large heavy panel (floor to ceiling) curtains that I have steamed after washing/drying to remove the wrinkles. It is possible to do with this steamer but it will take time and is best if you have another person to help hold the sections taut as they hang on the rod.

Best Steamer EVER!
I used to work at a major department store and was in charge of dressing the mannequins. This was the steamer they had for me to use when working with a variety of fabric types. After using it a few times, I just had to have one for myself! This powerful little thing takes distilled or regular water, which is very handy for traveling. It heats up and starts steaming within 2 minutes (with a full water tank). I love using this on delicate fabrics that are hard to iron. The wrinkles just melt away! It works fastest on thinner materials, and is not as effective on really heavy items. Now I take it everywhere with me. I've used it on wedding and bridemaids dress and everyone was so impressed by it.Takes a little getting used to, but the best method I have found is placing the steamer on the inside of the shirt or dress that you are steaming and gently drag the steamer close to the surface of the inside of the clothes.

Steamer
This is just okay. It heats up quickly however you cannot tilt it at all or it leaks. It’s sturdy, good size. Probably would not order another.

Love it
Tried it out as soon as it arrived on a dress that I must have ironed 6 times without success. The dress had been purchased with a few wrinkles in it that I thought would iron out easily but did not. My new Esteam removed the wrinkles easily and perfectly. This dress is a dry clean only, press with a cool iron sort of thing and likewise, a friend who was spending the night with us had a lovely wool sweater that was creased. She asked if the Esteam would work on wool and I said that it's supposed to - she held it out, we gave it a try and again, it worked perfectly, quickly, no damage or shrinkage - very pleased!

Works great!
A bit heavy for travelling but awesome steamer for small space dwellers! Just takes a bit more time due to small head, but very effective and way better than having to iron!

It looks like used or returned item.
The product I received looked used or returned. The printed arrow and some of the lettering were worn off when I first took it out of the box. Also, one side of the steamer had scratches. The box looks a bit worn and yellow. I think I am going to return this one.
