I've been taking this based on what I've heard from Dr David Sinclair on a bunch of different podcasts and Youtube videos. Since the goal is anti-aging/longevity, I have no idea whether or not it's helping with this or not. Also haven't tested my NAD+ levels before and after or whatever. However, I'm leaving a review for this nonetheless because there are some things that I like about this Double Wood product that are reviewable without knowing whether or not I'll be healthier 20 years from now taking this versus not taking this.I love that they sell a 30 gram container that fits well with my goal of matching Sinclair's 1 g / day serving. Most others seem to have 15 g or 16 g containers that require me to buy 2 bottles a month. While that's not some huge issue, I appreciate having to only buy 1.I also like that the scoop can get me roughly 1 g. Initially, I would use a millimeter scale and try and get exactly 1 g each day, but that was too time consuming, so I just winged it and used a loose scoop per day. I'm sure some days it was more than a gram and some days less, but in the end the container lasted 30 days (with some crumbs and residue remaining). Also, in measuring the before and after weight of the entire container, mine came out to exactly 30 g, so I believe I got the right amount of NMN in it.Anecdotally, I do feel more energetic during the day, I have less brain fog, and I'm sleeping better. But, since I'm going pretty overboard with supplements (also taking a plethora of things that may help with those things and more), I can't say if this is helping or not. I've also been exercising daily and following a low-carb intermittent fasting diet, which will also help those same things. In the end, it's as my review headline says, "Hope it works..."

I purchased the double wood bulk NMN powder after doing extensive research on which companies offered the highest quality, purity, and greatest value NMN. I chose this particular brand due to the reviews that indicated it was pleasant to consume orally, which i can confirm. It has a slight tangy flavor that I rather enjoyed.I used this product for a total of 55 days, due to a half gram (500mg) scoop which turned out to really be closer to 560mg which resulted in 55 days of use rather than an even 60. Throughout the duration of my initial use of this product i split half of the days taken orally mixed with water, coffee, or tea in the morning. The other half of the days i took sublingually, placing my dose under my tongue until it dissolved completely, also in the morning. I did notice that both administration routes resulted in a noticeable boost in energy roughly 15 minutes later, which I enjoyed also.If you are considering taking an NAD booster such as NMN or NR then you are making a long term investment in your health. This means that “results” may not be noticed immediately after starting use, which is to be expected. Molecules such as these are best used consistently over the course of months or years for best results. Results manifest in the delayed onset of metabolic degeneration, meaning that this is a proactive health intervention over a retroactive intervention as is seen with most commonly available commercial medications.I would recommend doublewood NMN bulk powder over other brands as they offer the 30g which nearly all other suppliers do not, as well as it is 3rd party tested for quality and purity. This seems to be the highest quality and greatest value available currently.

I personally had a positive experience with it (although obviously one case cannot make a study and is still anecdotal).Longevity-wise... remains to be seen :) I'm only 47. :)However, I'm trying to get rid of my diabetes (T2D, aka metabolic syndrome, aka fatty liver, etc), and here are my findings:- I did my fasting (6 days) while using this product, and all was great. Lost several pounds and about 2% of body fat just during that week. (I was consuming NMN couple of months before that and during the fast, dissolving it in water).- Months later, after I've stopped taking it, tried to fast same period of time, and experienced loss of energy. I could continue - but by no means I could keep being productive at work.When I compared the two periods of fasting, it appeared that NMN was the only difference between the two.Moreover, it was overall harder for me to keep fasting and stick to my dietary regiment without NMN.So, yes, NMN seemed to work for me as "energy booster" (which in a sense it is, helping to convert energy for your mitochondria, etc - I'm not a biologist, anyway). I AM buying it again, and I'm probably going to write more reviews about it. I only wish more companies were bringing it to the market, and the price would go down - then we'd naturally have a better case study, just from the amounts of people using it.
