Th Service Was Bad
I ordered a Happijac Kit for 1999 Dodge 2500 and received a kit for 2007 Chevy with out the hold downs. After spending 3 weeks returning and trying to get the correct item, I bought one off Craigs List for $100.

kit not complete
I order this kit for my 96 f250. it was recomended that i order the bumper braces so i did. The kit come with the bumper brackets already in it which is no big deal. the kit was missing the turn buckels. I call amazon and they sent another kit. This kit was for a 2007 chevy. There are still no turn buckels. So I ended up with two sets of bumper braces and no turn buckels. Would not order

Sweet set up.
I don't know what the other reviewer was doing when he mounted his but mine mounted thru the cross member to the frame mount where the bed attaches to the frame rail. If one felt compelled one could try and run a drill bit straight thru the frame box but it'd be tough to get a nut in there...the location mine was a on a Dodge Ram 2500 was perfect and easy and WAS frame mounted. All in all I thought it is a well thought out product. Some of the bolts threaded rough but I am nit-picking. About to move it to a newer Ford F250. Hope it goes as easy as on the old Dodge...Jeff

Item not as described
Be aware that this camper tiedown IS NOT frame mounted as stated in the description. It is merely bolted into the truck bed cross member which is made of sheet metal. It will not be nearly as strong as if it was bolted directly into the vehicles frame. Although this unit will probably suffice for my camper, I should not have paid the extra money for a "frame mounted" tie down when it is clearly not.
