Best pump EVER!
This is absolutely the best pump I have ever used and I've used a lot. This is by far the most comfortable pumping experience and gets quite a bit out.

Decent pump, less than steller customer service.
I am a husband and father so I have NO personal experience using the pump itself but my review will cover what my wife has said as well as what I have observed as well as my experience with their customer service and warranty support. This is the breast pump that was covered by the insurance, the only dual electric one on the list so we got it. The design is great as far as size and portability, it packs up well and doesn't take up much room. The bottles seem to be fairly sturdy and of good construction as well as the other plastic parts. The pump worked well in the beginning, and by in the beginning I mean for 2 weeks. Then the pump would not pull on both sides. My wife went to using it as a single pump only, even though it was designed to be a dual pump. I e-mailed customer care and still have not received a response nearly six weeks later. Shortly after (within a day) the one side stopped working, the dial to spin how hard the pump sucks had issues. It would spin normally (catching and with some resistance between numbers) up until strength level 3. After that it was free spinning, and the suction was reportedly not near as strong at 7 as it was at three-not a good thing or normal. At this point I actually called customer service and was patched right through to a human, which was nice. The employee informed me that she would look into the problems and call me back. At this point the pump was not sucking at all, and we had been forced to buy a new pump from a different manufacturer due to the delay. I never was called back. I called them back after a week of waiting and a different employee said she saw the notes, and they were sending us replacement vacuum tubing. I asked about the other issue we had, and after she checked into it (and called me back) she informed me that they would be sending us a whole new pump to replace it, they would issue an RMA and we could send the old one back. The replacement came quickly and appears to be in good working order, though we have yet to test it.However, there was no RMA included with the box at all and so I was forced to call in again to find out what was going on and what to do. I was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping because I had not paid the $25 shipping fee for them to send me a new pump. I am less than impressed that a company would make the customer pay for returning a defective product, that was covered under warranty. I was happy to have the new pump however and will post an update once we use the replacement. In summary, the pump worked fine for us for a couple of weeks, but after that it didn't work and it took us as long as we had used the pump to get a new one. Once I got someone in customer service who was helpful it was a much better experience. The warranty on the product is only 30 days, if that is any indicator to you of the quality you may expect. In hindsight, this pump that was free due to insurance actually cost us nearly 300 dollars because we had to buy a new pump and pay for return shipping on the original one. I wish we would have paid a bit out of pocket originally to get the pump we bought when this one broke down.

Works fine for me
This was the only pump my insurance would cover, and based on a lot of the poor reviews here, I set my expectations low before receiving it. After using it a few times, though, it works fine enough for me, so I wanted to write this review so that other women who have to get this pump won't be discouraged. This is the first and only pump I have ever owned so I have nothing else to compare it to. That being said, since I started using it a few days ago, I get let down every time, and in about 20 minutes, I get 2-3 ounces. My current plan is to mostly breastfeed and pump once a day to build up a stash to bottle feed when needed. This pump serves its purpose just fine in that respect. It has parts to convert this pump into a hand pump and to operate on batteries if you don't have access to an outlet. I haven't tried these features yet, but it's nice to know I have the option. The settings are prettiest straightforward, which I appreciate because I just wanted something simple without too many fussy options.I took away a star because it only comes with one pair of 25mm flanges, which were too big for me. My lactation consultant referred me to Maymom products (sold on Amazon), and I got a pair of 24mm flange inserts for $14, which solved the issue. FYI, Maymom doesn't advertise that their inserts fit in Rumble Tuff products, but the ones I got fit just fine (I got the 24mm flange inserts for Spectra pumps).Bottom line, if this is your only free option through insurance, don't let a bunch of bad reviews get in your head. Give it a try and get a cheap pair of flange inserts if you need them.

It kinda works....
I've been using it for almost Four months now because it was THE ONLY ONE MY INSURANCE COVERED and was hospitalized with Mastitis before my child was two weeks old. While in the hospital using THEIR pump i was getting almost 60+ ounces a day but when i got home it went down drastically (about 24 ounces a day). This pump barely works when pumping one at a time but if trying to pump both sides it didn't do anything for me. This is the worst pump I have ever used.

CRY OVER SPILLED MILK
I am a first time mother so this has been my only pump and I do not have much to compare it to. I've been using it for about 3 months. Overall, I believe the pump itself is probably okay, however, the design of the bottle connecting onto the bottle adapter piece that this comes with is AWFUL! The threads or something do not line up when you screw these pieces together. You are left with bottles that are not securely connected, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I pump, milk spills out. It is the most frustrating thing. You take sooo much of your time pumping, and you spill what little milk you have because of their design flaw. I even bought an adapter kit to have it pump directly into my Tommee Tippee bottles, but the adapter pieces fit standard sized pump parts, and of course, this is not standard. Originally I was excited to support a local company (this seemed to be the only selling feature that the people at the medical store would use) but I have since discouraged other pregnant friends of mine to buy this pump.
