Nice
This is a very nice coop. However, if this was my only coop I would have no more than three chickens in this.very sturdy and nice plan. I did add a roof to three sections of the run to keep the girls dry.

Not sturdy. Instructions suck. Measurements wrong.
Instructions suck. Quality is terrible. Not super sturdy. But what annoyed me the most was the fact the measurements were way off but at the point of me figuring that out I had already fought with It for a day and was not taking the crap apart so I fixed it to be usable. 🙃 Also fits quail but would not recommend for chickens and I have silkies! Do not recommend!!

Everything was off...
The instructions were awful and the quality is decent at best. There are gaps and holes I and all the sizes were off so the darn thing ended up looking more like the Weasley house than a chicken coop.

Wooden Chicken Coop House Chick Cage w/Egg Box Run Rabbit Hutch Enclosure Poultry POS!!!!!
This is a prime example of you get what you pay for......wait, what? It was 300 dollars and made out of the cheapest material, hinges and latches so small you have to use a magnifying glass to see them, bend them just opening the doors. The tray in the bottom that holds the poop is about 3 inches too wide and won't fit in the slot. It was missing about 8 screws. Don't buy this unless it is less than 100 dollars when you see it.

Looks good, instructions easy to follow.
The media could not be loaded. The coop looks good and seems big enough for 4 hens. The nesting box has plenty of room and the roof is on hinges for easy access to the eggs. The bottom tray for the floor in the coop is removable. There's a door to the coop that opens and locks. We bought the 120 size, only difference we noticed was an extra section to the outside run area. There are two areas from the top of the run that are on hinges and open but also latch close. There is a side door on the run closest to the coop that opens and latches. There is a sliding door that opens from the coop down a ramp and to the run area. The handle to the door blocks the side door so the side door can't be opened with out sliding the handle back a little which would open the door to the coop. The instructions were easy to follow and all parts and hardware were present. We did end up having two extra side pieces for the run. The coop is cute and seems functional, we'll see how it works out when it's being used.

Very flimsy
This wood will rot through within 2 storms, and is very flimsy. A breeze will knock it over. Definitely not worth the money I’m paying for it.
