MoleskineeReader Cover (Kindle 2) + Volant Notebook, Black

Bought for my Nook Color (not Kindle 2) as I read on another website that it would work. Was very excited to get this product but unfortunately it came defective. One if the straps was slightly cut causing part of the rubber to be exposed. However, I was able to return it without any hithces which was nice. When I had it, it was very nice, sturdy material and off course nice paper. Unfortunately it was little bulky for the Nook Color.

I went with customer's reviews of the product that said it did fit the new Kindle, but I've been pretty disappointed with it. Of course, the product is not designed for the new Kindle, but if you are hoping this will substitute, I would suggest to keep looking. I'm hoping to retrofit it a little so that it'll hold my Kindle tighter.

When the iPad mini was first announced, I compared its specs and realized it was almost identical in all dimensions to the Kindle2. Guess that's a good size for handheld items! So I knew instead of waiting around for iPad mini cases to be developed, that I already have plenty to choose from. And after carrying it around for over 2 weeks, I can confirm that it fits an iPad mini reasonably securely.This case appears to have typical Moleskine construction quality, though I haven't had it long enough to be certain. The notebook is reversible to allow for either right-handed or left-handed usage. Unfortunately, if you set it up so the notebook is on the left, the Moleskine logo that was designed to be at the bottom of the back cover is now at the top of the front cover, upside down.

This cover fits kindle2. But it's too big to take. I made a cover with a fake moleskine notebook cover and I think that one is better then this. I think they should improve this by taking out the note sheets. Simply a cover and a moleskine notebook would be perfect for me.

After nearly a month of shipping time, the Moleskine Folio Professional Kindle Cover arrived. I am greatly disappointed in the product since it is 3/4ths of an inch too large for the new kindle 3g (I bought alongside the cover). The straps are positioned so the kindle isn't snugly held. Instead it wobbles around and can be easily knocked off with any bump or oscillatory movement. As for the product itself, apart from the notebook(production), I believe the craftsmanship of the piece to be lacking. I have been a fan of Moleskine and all their products for years, but this particular item dropped the ball on all counts.

Even though it was not designed for the ipad mini hires it works well for me. I needed a stylish notepad that could hold the iPad and give the ability to take notes. One note; the elastic bands do block a little bit of the screen in the corner but does not bother me much.

I've been looking for a notepad and case for my iPad Mini but the only option so far has been the Booq Notebook. While cute, the Booq wasn't exactly what I was looking for and then I stumbled upon this Moleskine that another Amazon user purchased for their Mini. The Volant Notebook triples the width of the Mini but it provides a good amount of protection, the ability to write and type (I do both based on what I'm focusing on, such as interviewing a person versus jotting down ideas), and looks very minimalistic. Great purchase!

One of the few left side E-reader holders available. Excellent quality! I used this cover in an industrial environment and saw limited wear on the edges.

The one thing I've missed while reading my kindle is the feeling of holding a book. This product, while showing the usual Moleskine quality and feel, finally makes it feel like I'm holding a hardback book.Because this is a generic e-reader the fit of my kindle isn't *quite* right but is secure enough for my purposes as I'm as gentle with my kindle as I am with my books. However if you treat your kindle a little more vigorously or it spends a lot of time in the bottom of a bag/rucksack this may not be the right cover for youThe notepad can be switched to be on left or the right depending on your hand preference and allows for thoughts and ideas to be jotted down at the time, or if like me you remember things to do while reading those can be written down too.The elastic strap isn't a necessity for keeping the cover closed and can be left to simply keep the notepad closed if you prefer.Overall this is an excellent product. When I get around to upgrading my kindle I'll be ensuring I obtain a similar cover for that too.

I bought this at the same time as my Kindle 3, now branded as the Kindle Keyboard. As already highlighted it was designed for the Kindle 2 so it's a little big for the newer version, and certainly too tall for the versions without keyboards.As far as finish is concerned, it's good. The padding is tending to get stained from use near the navigation buttons but I don't see that as a huge issue, it just shows how much use it gets. In terms of bulk, it's not really that much bigger than a proper book, and for me that's not an issue, but I can understand why some might not like that, or even not read the description and be irritated by it when it arrives.I tend not to use the elastic to close the whole thing, but to keep the notebook in place, as a result it does sometimes open up when it's in my bergan. The main question I'd have is how long the elastic would maintain any tension if I'm using it all the time, on a couple of moleskine notebooks I'm seeing deterioration.There are two real irritations, the edge of the notebook is being lifted by the opening and closing of the cover. The edge of the navigation buttons catch it and lift it away, separating the cover itself. On a related note, it seems very difficult to get hold of replacement notebooks, I've only recently found them.Overall a nice case for my Kindle, and one that fits in with my business stationery.

I bought this cover for my Kindle 2 e-book reader but now I use it with my Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet. It's great to have a powerful tablet side-by-side with a Moleskine. When I take notes on paper, I then take a picture with OneNote and store it in my virtual Notebook. Just perfect!

Disregard what the other reviews say - this DOES NOT fit the latest Kindle Touch. The Kindle falls out of the elastic straps. Excellent quality and beautifully designed product - if you have a Kindle Two.

A la vista es muy agradable, como casi todos los productos Moleskine. Pero el diseño es muy malo, el Kindle se sujeta con 4 tiras elásticas, que a menos de un mes de uso se estiran y ya no lo sujetan, basta con decir que al sacarlo de la mochila se me cayó, y ahí me decidí a cambiarlo por otro modelo.
