Ordered 2 sets, one dish was chipped in one box and the other box had a completely broken plate. Also it says the color is silver but it’s definitely white. I requested a replacement and will edit my review if they arrive unbroken

Came to me and thousands of pieces was shipped and a plastic envelope no padding. Look like it was dropped from an airplane and landed on my porch

arrived broken, required to return the broken pieces - really, USPS thought i was nuts when i brought the box rattling to them but i returned the broken pieces as requested. Very disappointed a replacement was not offered as i purchased fondue sets to go with as a gift.
