Dale Medical 703 Post-Surgical Bra with Detachable Straps

I recently had breast reduction surgery and bought couple of bras which offered support but were too harsh on the sensitive incisions you have post surgery. They squeezed my chest so bad that my incisions were hurting and also bleeding. This bra is a saviour and is the only bra that should be worn post surgery. The material is soft and breathable and the best part about this bra is that it doesn't have tight bands which squeeze your ribs right at the spot where you have the incisions. Try it out and you will thank yourself. I am 48 years old and bought 703. I was a 38D before my surgery.

I actually got this for my senior mother who just had shoulder surgery and couldn't put on a real bra. She said she really liked it and wore it the entire time. I believe she even went back and bought herself a second one and is actually continuing to wear them several weeks after her surgery. She is very big chested (naturally) and has said it was very comfortable and was great for her "Modesty".

Very cheap material, not true to size and way overpriced!! More like a $7.99 item if that.

The only good this does, is mentally letting think you have a bra on. You could just as easily put a t shirt on and it would do the same thing - other than it wouldt snap in the front. Pretty expensive for a peice of fabric with no support or anything. get a tube top - youde be better off.

Does exactly what is intended. I bought this bra because I was going through shoulder surgery and needed something to help preserve my modesty during recovery. While there is zero support in the bra, it works well for it's intended use. The bra is designed for after reconstruction surgery, etc so it is of the softest fabric and it won't irritate the skin. With it's front Velcro closure, it's easy to use. At this price point, I didn't feel badly actually cutting off the shoulder strap for my surgical shoulder and it still worked just fine at keeping me covered and keeping the bandages away from my sensitive skin.
