I am very impressed with the Athledict Knee Brace Compression Sleeve.- the material feels like a QUALITY type of material.- the build and structure is GREAT…Very Well Made.- Sewing and Construction of the Athledict Compression Sleeve Is Done Very Well.I purchased the XXXL size…and As Per Athledict…I measured 5 inches above my knee!- My thigh muscle circumference measures at 23 inches.- My calve muscle circumference measures at 17 inches.- The XXXL size fits my thigh and calve muscles, PERFECTLY.- With the XXXL I get just the right amount of compression without cut off / interfering with blood flow.- This Athledict Compression Sleeve feels GREAT.- I have NO / ZERO issues with this Compression Sleeve, staying in-place…it does not roll up or down…it just stays fixed on my thigh and calve muscle.THE SLEEVES ARE LONGER THAN OTHER SLEEVES IN THE SAME CATEGORY.- 5 INCHES ABOVE MY KNEE- 8 INCHES BELOW MY KNEEYES…ORDERING THE CORRECT SIZE IS A MUST…IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE- I know that I have huge muscular legs…So, As Per Athledict, I went up to the next size.I have GREAT SUPPORT for my knees with the Athledict Knee Brace Compression Sleeve.- I purchased two more so that I can always have them available when washing the other pair.The Straps work Great, too.- I am able to adjust the straps to my desired position / spot / location.- Velcro and Straps appear to be constructed and sewn well…and I will not have any issues with the Velcro or Straps, because I purchased the correct size.THANKS AND I HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS

So this works great if you dont have to move much and have time to constantly pull it up. Couldn't walk 10ft before it was rolled down tobottom of the knee. I had hoped the strap would help keep it up but it didn't. I will say it made my knee feel better and more supported but do did my coppertone and most others. I was a bit let down and disappointed. I cannot give it a high rating but also its not fair to give a 1 star either. I'd give it a 2.5 so i guess that means i have to give it 3 stars.

I'm a former football lineman and I'm at the point where I need a new knee. In the meantime, I've tried dozens of braces to alleviate the pain and help me walk, with little success. I had high hopes for this product, but had a bit of doubt when I first saw it, as it didn't look much different from other light braces. Well I'm glad to say my doubts were eliminated when I put it on. It has a slight taper to the knee that makes it more comfortable on the upper thigh. Once I applied the straps, my knee felt very stable and I was able to walk without pain all day. I would give it 5 stars, but the strap is just a little short for me (large thighs) and can get a little uncomfortable after a full day of wearing. It is definitely worth the price.

It’s kinda snug on the upper part of my knee. But I can handle it, it’s great support.

Tried it and it was too small. Even if it had of fit, it rolled down my leg.

I've been having arthritic knee pain since last Spring and am told I need knee replacement. I'm not quite ready for that and I work 12 hour days in a walk in clinic. This brace makes it so I can make it thru those 12 hours. The only complaint that I have about this is when I use the extra strap, it crosses behind my knee, and it starts to cause pressure behind my knee after 8 hours. I'm sure most people won't be wearing this brace that long. I am actually going to order 2 more, my left knee hurts also and would like one to alternate with. I have chubby legs, got the XXX and it fits perfect, didn't roll down when I first got it, but it rolls a little bit now, especially after several hours of wear. LOVE this product! Now I can throw away the 6 other braces I've bought that do nothing!

Got biggest ones they had and they are still not big enough. Very tight on legs. Is good support for the knee but very tight and uncomfortable. Belts are too short to be of any use.
