Boron Carbide SandBlaster Nozzle, Blast Gun Nozzle, Square Flat Mouth B4C Nozzle Blasting Parts (1 Piece)

I modified the nozzle cap on my Empire gun to accept this 20mm dia. boron carbide nozzle, used it with an 1/8" air nozzle with 50 psi on the air regulator and 100 size glass beads to clean up aluminum motorcycle engine cases and connecting rods. WOW this combo works better and faster than anything I ever tried. It gives a wide flat pattern that cleans a bigger area with each pass and the velocity is low enough that the glass beads don't shatter as fast as with the round nozzle. The previous tungsten carbide nozzle lasted for years with glass beads, so this boron carbide should last forever. I am glad I tried it and the price is good too.

Very small tip. Would be nice if they compared it to a MM size. It’s pretty small for sure. Well suited for a very small shop compressor but not if you want to anything remotely productive.
