Works as advertised
Perfect fit on my 2002 Ford F350. Batteries were not getting fully charged and the engine would cut out when I honked the horn. Now I can honk the horn and there is no problem.

Great (NEW) Alternator for a Great Price!!!
Very high quality Alternator for my 02 F250, I'm extremely happy with the purchase. Also I found the price to be between 30~50% cheaper than what the auto parts stores are selling "rebuilt" alternators for, and even more for a "new" Alternator which this AFD0104 alternator is. The fact that you don't have to send in the old one for a core charge, is great, although for some this might be a hassle because you have to figure out what to do with the old alternator. After installing the alternator, I verified the voltage output with a few load tests, and everything works great. I can't speak for the long-term reliability/durability of this alternator, but I have high hopes, since I'm planning on driving this truck until the wheels (or engine) falls off :-D If I run into any issues with this, I will update this review as such. If you are on the fence about picking up this alternator, I highly recommend it - definitely a great purchase!

Great price and does the job
I have a 02 f250 works great on it . Was about a 30 min install. Also buy the plug that goes with it it will save you time because it will break when you take it off . It’s only 10.00 and you will thank me .

Perfect solution for an amazing price
Started having my battery light flickering when truck was cold, but it would go away when fully warmed up. Then the battery light started to go away less and less, tested my batteries with a meter (12.6v when off) so that was good, tested my alternator (11.2v at idle) and bingo. Swapped the old alternator with this new unit, took maybe 10 mins, now running 14.2v at the alternator. We will see how long it lasts!

When ordering take a close look at all your wire plug
It fit my 2002 F250 7.3 ltr Diesel like new. Only took a half hour to install. Works great.
