A very important item to have if you like to bake.

We make baked chicken wings that cook for 1 hour & 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Our normal (good quality) baking racks are a nightmare to clean even when pre-sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. This rack is amazing. Easy cleanup in the sink!

Nothing special. Just a Backing rack. Overpriced.

FYI - I thought All-Clad performed their manufacturing in the U.S., but the packaging said "Made in China" when it arrived. Other than that, this is easily the best non-stick baking rack I have ever used and it is very easy to clean. You can actually feel the slickness of the material when you touch it. Important note - while the rack space is 16.5 inches wide, the actual width is ~18.75 inches from handle to handle. We have a smaller oven and it almost did not fit.

These are great racks. Even though it’s says it’s for cookies, I use them to bake meat in the oven. The only thing is, you have to clean them off when you're done baking after letting it cool down for a couple of minutes otherwise it can be hard to clean.

I like how much it is elevated off the pan. Makes it very versatile for my usages. I line a piece of parchment paper in the pan (to help with clean up) and I put them rack over it. If I’m baking breaded meats or trying to cook veggies like asparagus, there is even heat distribution thanks to the elevation and everything comes out beautifully every time. I also like to use these as cooling racks for the same reason of how far off the surface they are. These we’re not the most obvious choice on cooking utensil reviews/etc, and I had to proactively go and find racks just like the sturdy pair of Cuisinart ones I found at Home Goods years ago (and only bought 1 for experimentation, I should have picked up a few). I tried other brand recently purchased from Amazon or recommended by Americas Test Kitchen - they were flimsy, had pieces come off during delivery/shipping, pain to clean, and looked like they would start rusting asap. For whatever reason they were so hard to use. Even if I paid a few more dollars, I would buy these again and again.

Liked the rack until it rusted. All Clad pans are about all that's good, everything else is cheap with their logo on it.

Nice little addition to the kitchen. Non-stick. Used in oven and for countertop cooling. Fits perfectly in a half sheet baking pan. Handles come in very handy for removing from baking pan and moving to counter.
