Waist Trainer for Women under Clothe Tummy Control Shapewear Long Torso Sport Corset Belt

5'4 178lbs. Medium. I am amazed by how well it kept my extra weight contained. With lots of sucking in and holding my breath, I managed to get it on after about 5min. There is significant durability and support with this trainer. It really helps my back straighten out at the middle and takes the pressure off my shoulders and lower back. I can breathe easier with it on also, because my posture is being positioned properly. With these strong steel bones sitting is comfortable and my posture is maintained. Low quality waist trainers just dig into my ribs or make me feel squeezed off. This one does neither. The only drawback from buying a smaller size than I needed is that my upper back fat is bulging a bit, but that is not due to the quality or functionality of the trainer itself.

I bought this corset because the one I used to wear was x small and my waist got smaller but the brand didn’t make xx small..It’s been 2 days since I got this corset but I like it so far.I’m 5’3 and 122lbs, because my waist got smaller from the other one that I have, xx small fits perfectly!The picture was the first day I put on.I could make the hook the second row today so this corset works pretty good!I wear it about 6-7 hours a day.*update!It’s been 6 days since I started wearing it and I reached the tightest hook already.I’m not really losing weight or anything.I wear it pretty tight but once you’re used to it, it’s not uncomfortable at all.I guess it’s like braces on your teeth, it’ll just change the shape of your waist not necessarily make you lose weight..By the way, I measure my waist with the xx small corset now and it was 25’.I guess I’m going to find xxx small soon!

Let me start off by saying my waist is 31” i weigh 179 lbs currently most of my weight is in my thighs but my gut is still a gut lol. i was doing my research for a whileeeee trying to decide which waist trainer to purchase off here . When i came across this one I knew it was gonna be great based off reviews but I was just so indecisive on the sizing especially having a short torso. I didn’t wanna go to my exact size cause I wanted to get my moneys worth and have it last with out having to buy a smaller size especially since this specific one doesn’t come with the extension like the other black one . So despite going with my measurements which would have been a M. I went with a S. It went on with ease just had to suck it in a bit but once i got it on it was perfect. Not too long no digging in the hips or back or anything. Quality is amazing ! Definitely comfortable enough to sleep in let alone work out in. So ladies get that smaller size if you feel like it’ll work for you. Fake it till you make it !

Absolutely love how it shapes me. I got a size small and it works. I’m 12 weeks postpartum and wanted something to help get my 22 inch waist back so I think this may be it! I had to lay down and put it on and it fits right but I’m happy with that. Also comfortable to wear while taking care of a baby all day ! It had an odd smell but doesn’t bother me much. I’ve ordered many waist trainers from other companies on amazon and this is by far the best and the only one I won’t be returning!! I will write an updated review after a few weeks to see if I see any difference.

I just received my corset yesterday and I love it!!! The corset was just as it was pictured. I ordered a 2xl. As soon as i got it, I tried it on and I was able to get it hooked to the first hook. This means I will be using this one for a while, so I am happy I won't have to order a new one right away. I am 5'3, with a big butt, and a short torso. I was worried that I would have problems with the corset being to long or rolling up in the back because of my butt, but this corset fits perfect. It doesn't roll up and is very comfortable to wear. I will definitely be ordering another as I go down in size.

I just picked up my corset...tried it on and I'm loving it... finally!!!! It's heavy yet sleek, smooth..it's perfectly made....I'm 5'4 140lbs, size 6...I ordered the size small it's perfect...I'm in the first holes which is good...I will be ordering from this company when I need a smaller size...if you're looking for an inexpensive trainer that makes you feel and look good this is it....I rarely give reviews I had to on this one...Thanks kimikal!!

Order a size smaller since everyone was saying it. im 5'3 or 5'4 and i weigh 140 pounds and I got a size xs and it fit perfectly but it was kinda hard at first to get it on but its because it was my first time. Already noticing good changes!!Ordered on May 19 and got it on May 24!

I’m 5’2.5” 155 lbs with a 35 “ waist 1 month postpartum. Let me just start by saying I love, love, love this product! I was going to spend about $70-$75 on a waist trainer from a known brand but I’m so glad I went with this one. It may run a bit small but if you suck in your stomach and get the first few eye hooks hooked you will be able to get the whole thing on. I just had a baby a month ago and had a 35” waist when I measure myself to see what would fit. On here supposedly I should have bought a XXL but I got the medium hoping it would fit me which it did!
