Greenfield Premium Assam Black Tea Classic Collection Finely Selected Speciality Tea 25 Double Chamber Teabags With Tags in Foil Sachets

On a recent trip to St Petersburg, we were served this brand of tea, and as regular tea drinkers we were pleasantly surprised at its full rich flavor. We also found that it goes further than everyday brands like Lipton, because a single tea bag may be used to make a pot of tea for two, or it may be reused for a good second cup later. Try it, you'll like it.

I have been drinking Ceylon tea from several other producers. I think this one is one of the best.

Rich flavor, my favorite tea so far

I am on the 3rd box of this Ceylon loose tea and I like it a lot. I get it at the local Russian store for $4.00 per box and they have fully stock shelves, so its always available for purchase. I kinda compare this tea with Lipton 8oz loose tea and Teavana's English Breakfast tea, but this Greenfield is more closer in terms of taste to Teavana's than Lipton tea. Its a reasonably smooth black tea with an undertone of caramel to it, which is pleasant to drink as a breakfast tea, or anytime tea. It is also pleasant to use this tea as an iced tea with some ReaLemon added to it. I think that for the price that its priced at, its hard to beat in terms of quality for the weight that you are getting. I prefer it over Lipton loose tea, and find it almost the same as Teavana's Breakfast Tea at 1/4 of the price. The only thing with this tea is to not oversteep it for more than 3 minutes.

I bought the tea for a friend who loves it and was unable to find it anywhere. She is thrilled with it and says it makes a wonderful beverage. However it was thrown in a giant box with no packing along with a vacuum cleaner and arrived extremely smashed with teas bags loose in the big box.

My Russian wife and I were very happy to find this tea available through Amazon as it is hard to find state side. The tea steeps quickly and one bag can actually be used for 2 servings unless you like your tea VERY strong. Its scary how well this outperforms and out-tastes the typical brands available in the USA.
