Not as adhesive as hoped
Seem to be hard wearing, just not quite adhesive enough on unpainted staircase. 1 can of spray on contact adhesive was enough to sort this out

Fluffy and Fuzzy Beard Staircase!
I painted my staircase white and decided to purchase these tread pads for my staircase. Although I recieved them on 2nd September, I didn't use them straight away because I hadn't finished painting.I was excited about my new carpet treads. We are now in Ocyober and they have already begun to wear away.The first challenge I faced was that removing the protective backing paper was difficult.Once I had fitted the treads, they looked fantastic!After a couple of days of us walking up and down the stairs, without our shoes on, the fabric started to fluff and fuzz and eventually come away from the mats leaving each step looking like a fluffy beard has grown. As you can see from the picture they look awful and I now have to purchase some new ones.Very disappointing!To return them, I probably would have to pay for postage, adding to the overall cost.

Didn't realise they had writing on . Not great for sticking down . Thiner than I thought. Throw them away.

They do the job for Gunson
My furbaby doesn't slip down the stairs as much when he comes running down which is the main reason I purchased these! The only issue I have is that they will not last any longer due to it being felt fabric and it is wearing down with each walk and vacuum on it. They are good and cheap for a short term solution. The customer care team is amazing and resolved a descrepancy I had very quickly .Thank you :) all the best.

They are okay I guess for the price but not quite what I was thinking it’s very thin almost like children’s felt

They sitting on a step and they're not moving :)
Quality is a bit like putting a piece of felt underlay down but other than that, warm under foot, so adhesive it took the paint off my stairs when I had to realign one and they don't move for the dog haha. Does what it says on the tin really 😊

Perfect for what I wanted them for
Really pleased with these as they are hard wearing and stick well. Also they don’t show up every mark.
