Q: which way does the tool logo face, with or away from the direction of pull?

I use it in the "away" way. Basically the logo (the bulging out side) faces the opposite direction of pull. It kind of makes sense to me to have my thumb laying in that bowed-in part and hugging the other side (bowed-out, with the logo) with my other fingers. It feels more natural that way. And I keep the cat facing away from me and pull the brush towards me.

Pretty comparable. This has more versatility as you can hold it at different angles, increasing its usage.
