I bought a product similar to this but got dismayed when the length does not justify the description of the actual product but with this product I was satisfied. It's sturdy enough and lightweight. Perfect to use.

Great for any window

These rods are ok as an easy solution to put up some lightweight curtains without having to use a drill to mount any hardware or hooks into a window frame. ( Lightweight being a key word here, I doubt they would hold anything much heavier than a single cotton or semi sheer panel ) We have recently moved and we need to repaint every room in our new house, but we wanted to put up some temporary curtains for a bit of privacy until the work was done. ( Then we will buy new, bigger drapery rods and mount them properly for our nice, heavy lined drapes. ) So we went with these tension rods for now. We ordered two sets of the 6 packs for a total of 12 individual rods to fit inside the window frames. All but one of them worked, that last one was defective and would not tighten up or hold any tension at all- it just slides in and out very loosely.

Worked perfectly to put up a curtain on the bottom half of our kitchen window. Not sure why you have to buy such a multi-pack, but I guess we'll have some if we ever need them for the rest of our lives.Check your dimensions, this fit a regular size window but I doubt it would fit a very wide window. Very strong and has good rubber tips to cling to the sills edges.

These are exactly as described by the seller and arrived on time. We use them in our RV to secure items while traveling. They are especially handy in the narrow bathroom cupboards that only have a small lip to secure things. We have a Class C so anything that rattles is heard by us in the cab while driving. We simply put our items, bottles, etc back into the cupboard and then install the rods 1/2-2/3 the way up the bottles and firmly adjust it against out toiletries to keep them from rattling.
