wonderful product, poor handling
Absolutely perfect addition to my kitchen it came with one of the points broken off but I still love it and just glued the piece back on I assume it’s not the fault of the seller and most likely a problem with the shipping which is why it still gets five stars

Foam packaging inside doesn't protect the cookie jar nearly enough
I loved the design of this cookie jar, and the size is perfect. But the way it's packaged by the manufacturer simply couldn't protect it in transit. The foam is cut to have specific slots for the roof (lid) separate from the house (jar), but the foam is so thin & flimsy that it doesn't keep the lid & house still. The roof was split in half when it arrived, and the top of the back of the house was snapped off. The packing material was splitting and flaking off, with no tight grip on the cookie jar itself, and its weakness was the clear culprit here. If I ever learn this company has reissued this with better packaging, I'd readily order it again.
