I used these pads to attach guitar effects pedal to the pedal board. The dual lock system is much stronger than conventional Velcro style and the 3M adhesive is immensely strong if the recommended prep is followed. Very impressed with this product and fast delivery from Amazon.

Bought this to fix a gps to my skydiving helmet and was slightly worried thatit wouldn't hold. How wrong I was...the velcro sticks together lile super glue and require a lot of force to separate. The adhesive has not moved from the helmet even after being left out in the sun.

First thing to say is that you MUST be sure of exactly where you want to mount these. There is zero chance of repositioning as the adhesive on the back of these is SO strong.The connection between both sets of mushrooms is very strong against shearing forces but not strong against lifting forces. This is only to be expected and so long as you think about the application before hand you'll be good.Just remember..... you will have ZERO hope of repositioning these without destroying the tape on the back of the connector or destroying the material it is glued too.

I used it to secure a motorcycle mudguard that I wanted to make detachable and this stuff is great.The adhesive backing sticks so well as all 3m does and the mushroom locking system is amazingly sturdy, much better than velcro.

The glue isn’t strong. Which is a shame because the dual lock system is great.

These are great for attaching cameras or Bluetooth comms to my motorbike helmet , holds at all road speeds

I used these dual lock pads to attach my black background to a wall. It worked amazing! If I need to I can easily remove the screen without any problems. I also used one pad to fix a pocket led light to a ceiling. Game changing. Highly recommended!!

Stiff..the hook and eye mechanism is great...if only the glue on the back would hold up!

Extremely strong hold between both the Velcro and the sticky back. My only problem was I didn’t have more! I used it for a ton of stuff I didn’t even buy it for. My favorite use? Putting some on my remote control and sticking it to my nightstand. Highly recommend always having some of this on hand.
