The best cookware
I am 72 and love to cook. I have been shopping around for a good set of cookware, not sure if I really wanted to spend so much at my age. But I finally decided on these and am thrilled with the quality. Good cookware DOES make a difference in how food tastes. They clean up like a dream and I am thrilled with the Pro set. I felt for my age and the price that All-Clad was a bit too pricey for my taste. This Cuisinart Pro set makes me and the hubby very happy. I love cooking with these pots and pans. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Best Non stick
This is one of the best set I have ever had. They are nice and heavy. Love to cook with them. Can be hard to clean, however, I let them soak and the clean up process will be better.

Great Pots & Pans...Finally!
My husband recently asked me if I would like to buy some nice new pots and pans. He did not have to ask twice. I had not cooked with good pots since I left home 30 years ago. I had finally put together a collection of a few old pots Mom didn’t want, a $60 T-Fal set my mother in law gave me 20+ years ago and a few individually purchased skillets from Target. I had a good bit of scraped up Teflon that made me nervous. Overall, I had a pan for every need and was settled in with my hodge podge of worn out misfits. My first impression Of my new cookware was great, and is still pretty darn good. The pots are sturdy, heavy and have a beautiful (almost too beautiful) appearance. They are not too heavy, but heavy enough for you to know that these are the real deal. The handles are a bit long which can be a bother in The cabinet or dishwasher. Cooking with these pans make me feel like a professional chef in my own kitchen. I’m probably going to end up saving money because I want to stay home and cook with these incredible pots and pans. I may never eat out again.Firstly, these pots and pans cook better than I ever dreamed. I was pleasantly surprised by just how much better my food was coming out, and that the food seems to even be cooking faster. After reading reviews, I was a bit concerned about food sticking. We were careful to follow directions and didn’t really have a problem. Even eggs cleaned up easily using all of the directions. And like everything else even seemed to taste better. Cookware technology has evidently improved in the last 20-30 years. However, I decided to cook link sausages without adding grease, because the food was greasy anyway. They stuck way worse than they should have. I got most of the burn out, but still had little brown dots. I wanted my new skillet to still be perfect. I followed the directions Of heating water and dishwashing liquid on the stove and the brown dots came out (leaving slight pitting). I’m still in love with my pans. I’m still thinking they are the greatest thing ever. I’m still handling with kid gloves to make sure they stay in immaculate condition. That is more me and my respect for something I’ve waited a long time to get. This morning, I did something that made me decide to give my new, outstanding, best pots and pans ever 4 out of 5 stars. I decided to make simple chili dogs using a $1 can of Hormel Chili. I knew it would be goopy, and that I couldn’t Really add oil beforehand and that it was going to be a real bother to clean, could stick, and could damage my new pan. I reached over my gorgeous new pots and took a 30 year old Revere pot out of the cabinet. It won’t be that hard to clean, and I’m not ruining a sauce pan for that.Overall, these are fantastic pots and pans, but are not for the novice cook. And frankly don’t throw out all of your old pans. They serve a purpose.

Love my pots!
The pots came and I’ve been cooking so much more. I didn’t realize how bad my old pots were until I started cooking in these pots. I love the shine and even cooking I’m having.

Non-stick when you heat the pan first
We were hesitant to move to stainless pans but were tired of replacing our non-stick set every couple years. Our biggest concern was clean-up but turns out all you need to do is make sure the pan is fully heated before a spritz of oil and adding food. Here is a pic of the pan after our first cheese omelet. The eggs flipped easy and the omelet came out clean. The pan cleaned up super easy- but required a little bit of Bar Keepers to return it to pristine shine.

Cookware is as good as advertised.
Put to use almost right away, easy to cook with; instructions on cookware cleaning, cleanup and care were easy to understand and helpful. Good purchase; excellent quality.

Wonderful product. I can now achieve that perfectly browned breast with little effort. Been using it for 2 months and am a bit upset I didn't treat myself to them earlier.
