This would work fine on small fish but for big strong ones like catfish? Nah, bends them out of shape before breaking. It's good though for the smaller ones don't get me wrong, just got the wrong unhooker.

more useful then you might think
after having all my fingers partially amputated but my pinky on my right hand and both thumbs i couldnt tie knots anymore. my buddies came up with a solution while fishing. they had me try a fish hook remover to help hold the line. sure enough it works pretty good. if you know anyone missing digits i suggest giving this to them as a gift. it made a world of difference to me. heck... i am even using it to type right now. lol

They work good but if I bought them again I would get the longer ones.

They are quite a bit shorter than they seem in the description but hopefully they will work when it comes to fishing season again
