Good product
Very good product was in the box only the con keyboard and mouse are cable a little over price the iMac. After a few months the computer is very slowly. After updating new software is very slowly. 2 x l reset to the old software and working ok not faster. With the new software is so slower give cancer to my cérebro.

An absolute dud
The media could not be loaded. This should never have been sold. It’s a dud. I gave it half a day to see if it would speed up. It’s a HUNDRED times slower than my 2010 iMac. This should never have been sold

Mouse &keyboard
The iMac was in good condition but the keyboard was very poor and wasn’t texting properly. The mouse was very poor, I just threw in the bin.

Apple refurb from a third party seller.
The unit itself is fine and without any signs of wear. The mouse and keyboard as supplied were not the Apple ones, which was a disappointment but seem to work ok. For the money, everything seems good.
