Love the finish on this bench. It came fully assembled. Box was not in good shape but the bench was protected well enough that it survived intact. I’m enjoying this bench.

This is the most comfortable bench I have ever owned. It's sturdy, well balanced and well built. The craftmanship is identifiable at a glance. There is not a rough edge or imperfection to mar the beauty of this bench. I didn't think it would resemble the pictures but it is everything the description provides.Customer service is also outstanding. There was a lot of trouble in the Amazon delivery system. This company was supportive and understanding until the purchase was complete.The price is very competitive but in consideration for the quality and the support from Customer service this product would be a steal at twice the price.

Quality wood has been used in the manufacture of the bench and the bench is well built. Should provide years of use.

I really like this bench, but it seemed a bit wobbly. Many customer reviews stated how 'sturdy' it was so I contacted the seller. They CALLED me almost immediately, stating that the bench should be very solid, and promised to replace the it as soon as it's available (it's currently out of stock). I've only had a few problems with items purchased on Amazon, but I've never had such a quick and personal response. I'm looking forward to reporting that the problem has been resolved! My teak bench came assembled. The finish was beautiful. I am using it in my office area for a side table. Very beautiful piece of furniture.

I measured my new shower and then looked through the reviews and this bench was both the size and quality I was looking for. It’s well made and came assembled.
