The product is what I expected.I just wish they had enclosed bumpers tosecure the glass.

The light fixtures deserve five stars because they are beautiful and well designed. But wait, then I was blown away by the OUTSTANDING customer service. I won’t hesitate to buy more from EERU. It’s rare to find a company that has great products AND customer service!

This wall light and matching pole light are good quality aluminum. They are not heavy given the light metal but they are solidly made. The post light and wall units were fairly easy to install. They did not fit the old plastic wall electrical boxes perfectly but the many slots in the mounting ring allowed for installation with modest effort. There was one surprise, the box included an LED light bulb. The bulb box did not provide the lumen output but it was sufficient.

Initially I only ordered one. But it looks so beautiful that I decided to order another one. Unfortunately it seems like quality control may be it's an issue because the second one not only is the frame bent it looks like the glass is like on it is as well. Otherwise this would've been an easy 5

Cast metal, nothing to come loose over time. These look so much better than the photos do it justice. Truly understated but elegant. Love them.Only complaint, if it is one, is the glass is very thin. Wont take much to shatter it. However, the cast aluminum frame that protects it is sturdy and strong.
