For starters, the packaging was terrible so I’m pretty sure it was damaged in shipment, but there were chips in the wood on the parrot portion. The way the parrot sits on the bamboo seemed odd like the set wasn’t designed or put together properly. I was disappointed because I saw several of this brand’s chimes at a store recently and they all seemed well made. Maybe this was an anomaly but I will be returning it.

The BEST! Much better than I had even hoped for. It is definitely large enough, and the parrot is beautifully painted. The price is amazing, given the exceptional quality of the piece. I wish I could give this product 6 or more stars, but 5 is the limit!! I am very very pleased.

I got his for a friend for christmas. he has the jimmy buffet motif on his lanai. this was perfect for it and he loves it!

I love this wind chime! As described, the sound is restful and soothing. However, after only three times placed outside under our camper awning, the wind chime came apart. My husband repaired it, but it came apart in a different place. Now it is sitting in a storage compartment until we figure out how to fix it. It is too beautiful to just sit in storage. Help!

LOVE this! Super cute and tropical. It's a very quiet wind chime, which is what we wanted. We hate those super loud metal ones. This one is soothing and reminds us of a tropical vacation. :)

This was a gift for a friend. She loves it. Says it reminds her of her trips to the islands. :)

Exactly what we were hoping for to add to our backyard oasis. The only cons are that it makes very little noise at all and the staples that hold the chime strings are not set deep enough and may fall out. Lightly tap each one prior to hanging and they should be fine.
