Simply attach the quick release carabiner clips to secure the object, and then pull the cord until the desired height is reached – it really is that easy! The quick release switch means you can loosen the rope and re-adjust to the height required. These Rope Ratchets pull tight, lock into place and they are really durable. They will never break, slip, rust or let you down and are heat and cold resistant. Each Rope Ratchet has two quick release carabiner clips at each end for ease of use and 2.4 metres of tough braided polypropylene rope.

OK, I am not an expert and when I got the bits in a vag with assembly instructions, I just put them straight into the cupboard. That is where they stay, until I can figure out how to assemble it.
