This product is delivered in a really big box which at first makes you think that maybe you ordered too large of a heater. But this was done to make sure the package was delivered safely with extra padding to keep it safe. However the actual heater is so small that at first you almost want to send it back but don't let it's looks fool you, it really kicks out the heat.AND ONE MORE VERY IMPORTANT THING: YOU HAVE TO HIT THE BUTTONS ON IT VERY LIGHTLY OR THEY WILL NOT WORK. When I first started to use this device I was pressing on the buttons really hard and nothing happened. Then I got frustrated and started pressing all of them and still nothing. I thought I had brought a defective product and was getting ready to return in until I realized the trick to making them work- IT'S A LIGHT TOUCH. Now that I realize that I love this heater and there will be no returns.You can program the temperature to the exact degree you want, with none of that silly 5 degree increment stuff. Very easy self explanatory console, just remember to use a light touch with the buttons.The directions also suggest that you run the heater for 2 hours in an area that you won't be using to get rid of any weird smells. We have an out door patio so we did this out there. There were no strange smells whatsoever once we brought it back in the house.Happy with purchase.

I bought this small heater to use in my travel trailer. It's perfect. The reason I selected it, is because of it's small footprint. There's not a lot of room in the trailer.The oscillation feature is great. I misunderstood, thinking it was also a fan. It is not. But as a heater, it works great, kicking on an off with the thermostat.bonus, I think it's very quiet.

5 stars for all reviewable features. Great heat output, oscillates smoothly, remote works well - but these are $15-20 cheaper at other online retailers, even with shipping. So if you are on a budget or just want full bang for your buck, take a little time to look around first.

I bought this unit in January and it already stopped working after only 4 months :( it was great while it worked. The company shipped my a new one right away :)

When I received this item, it worked fine, and seemed to have great heat output. Fast forward two weeks, and the on/off button is broken, and therefore the unit is inoperable. I would return it, but I was clearly overly optimistic and got rid of the original packaging. Pretty bummed out about wasting the money on this item that was barely ever used. :-(

What can I say...the ceramic heater is perfect right out of the box. Amazon, as usual, delivered right on time. Heater doesn't require any assembly. Plugged it in and flipped the on switch, set the controls and I am sitting here cozy and warm...so are my fur babies! It's 25 degrees outside! Thank you for producing such excellence! Added bonus...produces very soft, soothing breeze sound and it's Made in the USA! I'm a customer for life!!

I bought this heater for my 10 X 13 foot sinsulated sunroom. It worked great last February - April. I got i out in October and set it up. It worked for October and November. BUT today it stopped working. No power light. I 've tried plugging it in in different outlets and different rooms, but nothing. The heater was excellent until it wasn't

This ceramic heater works fine. I have used it on several occasions and it has always warmed the room nicely. I take care not to have any other high voltage equipment in the same room plugged into an outlet at the same time that the heater is in use. The settings are easy to understand. The remote is convenient and easy to operate, I just make sure to aim it directly in from of the heater. I definitely recommend this heater.

this is a great little heater, being used in basement and keeps it nice and warm. has a thermostat which is so good, don't have to worry about over heating the area! we just love this!

It died in less than 4 months and now I can't return it!!
