The unit and concept work well over all. I found they it tended to float up (and not dig down) into the snow. Getting heavier packed snow from previous snow falls was impossible since it wouldn’t dig into the snow. Fresh snow came off well.

This rake works amazing at first. Then the handle starts to bend out of shape, and it becomes essentially usless as instead of it cutting under the snow, it tends to slide on top of it. Also, once the material gets wet, the snow tends to stick to it instead of slide down it.

Worked pretty well removing the 24” of snow from our roof. Had to remove it in two layers only complaint was that the handle could use a better placement. The blocks continued to slide down the entire length of the handle either slamming into me or having me jump out of the way. Heavy blocks caused the handle to bend after about 20 minutes of use. Ended up flipping the handle where it mounts to the head. Would have been an easy switch if the handle sections had mounting holes all the way through.

This thing works!! The only complaints are: 1. the holes for the wheels didn’t line up so you can only use one of the screws to attach each wheel. #2. You need 2 people to pick it up with all of the pole extenders on and it isn’t easy to maneuver. Works well once you have it on your roof. Be aware that the snow may come at you depending on the roof angle.

Very efficient and easy to use! Love this product! But I was greatly disappointed that 1 nylon wheel was missing.... How do I contact the company?

Nuts and bolts are small so nimble fingers help. If you have man hands you may struggle a bit with assembly. The fabric did tear a small hole near the head during first use.

The media could not be loaded.  We got almost 2 feet of snow so I tried it out fro the first time and am so impressed with my new toy.
