This product is amazing. My stress level is practically next to nothing. I sleep better than I ever have in my entire life. My hair stopped shedding and my TSH of 5.85 went down to 5.15 in less than 3 months. With honest disclosure I do take another supplement as well, but I am thrilled. I will take this for the rest of my life. No side effects. Age 55 normal TSH for my age female 0.46-4.68 mIU/L Update 2/26/2023 I had my thyroid retested and is now in range at 2.73 my doctor twice wanted me on thyroid medication and I said no. This might work well for many people - but for me, every time I took a pill, I got horribly itchy hives, mostly all down the back of my legs. I stopped taking it and the hives stopped....but then took some melatonin with Ashwagandha in it and the hives and itching returned......so now I know that Ashwagandha messes with me. It also seems to mess with my thyroid levels....creating hyperthyroidism. So maybe it's not this product particularly - maybe just Ashwagandha in general. But I hope that my experience will help someone else out who has similar reaction.

Have reordered. Still checking for hoped for results-which is difficult due to a variety of reasons

I was a skeptic. My friend gave me some ashwagandha capsules from another brand which I kept in my purse for awhile. One day I was particularly anxious and took some and felt calmer within 30 minutes. She wasn't sure what brand she had given me so I searched on Amazon and bought this brand because of the good reviews. I am glad that I did. A few weeks ago, I started taking it for sleep. I take two before bed and most nights, I sleep through the whole night. This is so good that I have been gradually decreasing the dosage of the prescription medication that I have been taking to sleep. I also notice that I am feeling calmer through the day even though I am just taking it only at night now. I strongly recommend that you give it a try. If you are like me, it may take a couple of weeks to get the full effect. Added a month later: my husband started taking it and after two weeks, he seems to be happier (and less grumpy).
