Hip Holster for Ruger LCR Revolver in 22, 38, 357 Black

Got my concealed carry permit and a Ruger LCR 5-shot revolver so that I can ride my bicycle without being a crime victim. This holster lets me securely put my revolver in an eoGEAR Large Century Bag 2.0 attached to the bicycle frame underneath the seat. I put the barrel pointing down with the butt of the handle facing the front of the bike. I removed the velcro snap and the clip. This holster covers the trigger but allows easy access to the gun if I need it in a hurry. The revolver fits tightly with no bouncing around. I can easily access the revolver if I need to. This way, I don't need to carry the revolver on my body, which I don't want to do in case I'm hit by a car, since I likely won't have control over how I land and may land on top of the gun, etc. (If a car hits me, getting ahold of my gun will probably not be my biggest concern. I would not carry a loaded gun unsecured inside a car, either, since the gun will fly through the air in an accident.) I recommend this holster. It's just the right snugness for the LCR.

I own several different types of of this holster from this company. They hold up very well. This holster is no exception. I have complete confidence when I carry my firearm knowing it is secured.

It WOULD have been ambidextrous, but they chose to put the metal clip where THEY wanted. Just spent half an hour struggling to get it out, not even halfway and can’t get it!

Bought for wife’s Ruger LCR. Fits perfectly even with lasermax laser. Great quality for the price. Not a fan of the metal clip for waist band or belt carrying , but perfect for wife’s purse.

Perfect simple holster. Made in USA, ambidextrous, removable velour thumb strap and belt clip. Really utilitarian and rugged, just what I was looking for to carry my .38 while backcountry camping.

Outstanding holster. It holds my firearm snugly and firmly, the strap on the top keeps the revolver in a firm position until its needed. The best part is that it is manufactured in the USA and a fraction of the cost of leather holsters.

The hip holster case for the Ruger LCR by Federal fits my Ruger LCRx (the snub version) revolver perfectly. Although it doesn't specify to my knowledge in the description, this holster CAN be worn inside the waist, as I carry mine like this everyday. On an unrelated side note, the Ruger LCRx is a little bulky for concealed carry, but man does it pack a punch...It's also very refreshing to receive a product that is Made in The USA. I was honestly expecting a cheap Chinese made holster and got a quality made product. I'd recommend this Holster to anyone who needs a good quality way to conceal their firearm, and to anyone who NEVER wants to be a victim!
