This product is "meh". The balls very very easily fall out of it if it's moved, so it's not helpful for storage as advertised. I imagine it'd be more helpful for holding a ball still during use if you had the "peanut"-shaped ball, but that's the one I don't have. I'm bummed I missed the return window on this one, and it unfortunately may end up going in the trash. It's just more of a hassle keeping the balls in it "for storage", which was a big draw for me, and I've ended up storing them elsewhere. This block has sat on a shelf without the balls in it after trying to actively use it once (not really helpful, switched to a wall) and then ending up with the balls falling out and getting lost under furniture when I moved it around while trying to use it to hold the balls for "storage".

These work perfectly for continuing my physical therapy at home.

Love this set. The attached one is great for legs specifically hamstrings. I would buy again. The small one is perfect for face since I am a night time teeth grinder.

I can't express how much I love this !!!!!! I had unbelievable hip pain.. 15 minutes on this totally released the pain ... and the next morning I awoke to feeling pain free and ready to go !

If using at home, great for keeping the items in place. However, if taking to the gym make sure you take in a gym bag, as there the massage balls do fall out. Easier to go searching in a gym bag than around your car.

Love the different holes and grooves and storage space for the balls.

I have the RAD roller ("double ball) and the RAD rounds (3 balls) all are great so I bought the RAD block in part to store them. Got the RAD block today and unlike the picture that shows 3 hole for the 3 RAD Rounds balls... it only has 2 spots for the 2 bigger RAD Rounds and nothing for the smaller ball. See my picture and the one advertised are different.

I like the sturdy material, storage space, and assistance with some moves ! Very well made
