This book is great for military firearms collector.

I had not bought one of these books in a few years and needed to update my library. It's my go to book for an overview. It gives the main types of military firearms. It is not a detailed book about any one gun so make sure you know what you want from it before you order.

I have used this book for years and found it to be very helpful. I collect military firearms and this lets me know price according to condition. It is very concise and up to date. I have 102 military firearms and it has saved me money on some of them. Plus it is interesting to read.

This is a good book. It did cover what I was looking for it just didn’t elaborate on on firearms I was most interested in. I was mainly interested in the value anyway. I certainly understand there is no way any book could cover thousands of firearms in depth.

Bought this as a gift for my Dad. He loves his guns and really likes this series of books! Get him one every year! Bang bang!

The best overall reference book on Military firearms. Hundreds of images. Great descriptions for markings and barrel lengths for different models. Good for holsters and some magazines.

Plenty of illustrations to back up th text. If you are a student of military firearms, it should certainly be regarded as a reliable reference point, including many unusual weapons, not just weapons like the No 4 rifle or the M16.
