This is rare to have a company that is concerned enough to follow up with a customer to ensure satisfaction. As we have used the product for more than a month, the quality is great, and we will definitely reorder these cartridges when they're needed again. We would recommend this product.We received our refill cartridges for our HP printers. We were happy with the price of the refill cartridges, but didn't realize there were steps we needed to take to make them work when we replaced them. There is a small chip in the original HP cartridge that needs to be removed and inserted into the refill cartridge before it can be used. There were no instructions in the box to know this, we just so happened to have an employee that knew this already. After that was figured out, the cartridge was installed and has been working well. The printed still shows "low toner" message, but there might be a reset for that, we haven't contacted our IT guy to check that out. After all is said and done, it's a little more work, but the cost savings is important to our school and we will reorder these refills again when we need to.

What I didn't notice when purchasing this item was that you will need to remove the chip from the previous toner cartridge and install it onto this cartridge. All of the tools are provided and honestly, the process is very easy. Once done, everything else went smooth and the print quality was amazing! For 2/3 the cost of one toner cartridge, I received two. I see the value in that!

Hello Susan,Thank you for reaching out about our recent purchase of toner cartridges. I originally was not planning on writing back, but since you reached out I thought I’d give you my honest feedback. To be completely transparent the experience was not a good one.When opening the package, we weren’t sure what we were getting ourselves in to. Usually, you pull the cartridge out of the printer and put the new one in. With this product we had to do basically destroy and remove a chip from the old cartridge and then replace it in the new one so it would work in the printer. When we finally figured out getting the chip out, replaced, and new printer cartridge in the printer it has still been giving us errors of low ink. It prints fine but gives us the error even though you reset printer settings for the levels. This is definitely not a product we would purchase again. Next time we will be spending the extra money to get just the HP brand even though it’s 3 times as much.Also, this cartridge was just replaced and I'm already getting false readings or I'm truly out of ink.NOT WORTH THE MONEY!Thank you again for reaching out. Comes with a tool to remove the chip from an original cartridge to install in this product. It was difficult to do, but once I figured it out, I was back in business. But for the price, it was worth the extra effort.The seller contacted me concerning my review and went above and beyond to improve my experience and make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Excellent product, fit color accuracy ,printer recognition ,smudge resistance

This toner cartridge works every bit as well as the HP brand toner at half the price. You have to remove a chip from the original cartridge and place it in the True Image cartridge, but they provide a tweezer for each of the cartridges'(I bought a two pack). And they are good tweezers that can be used for other things. I thought the chip replacement was easy and a bit of fun, kind of like playing Operation. I have bought this brand for other printers and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you for making such a wonderful and affordable product!

Item does work as described, a little bit of a pain to remove the chip but they give you all necessary items to do so. It didn’t work for me because I was using it in a computer that I wasn’t able to adjust the printer setting and ignore the low toner warning. So I returned.
