My dog HATES brushes, like freaks out nipping, etc. These gloves are great, because it just feels like we are petting her and it removes a ton of hair. Even the kids can use them! (Which usually I don’t let the kids get near those awful sharp metal brushes). Side note: the lint roller is great to throw in your purse and get rid of the errant dog hair before walking into the office.

This is a really great product for my cat, catches all the fine fur. I imagine works with a doggie too, in that they'd work well at bathtime. Breathable mesh back, great "knobby" fur grippers.... but gentle too. I like these... glad I purchased.They're difficult to clean, but I just hook the vacuum up and vac them while on my hands. I think if you had a lot of fur, you could peel it off. But with just kitty fur... not so much.

These gloves are comfortable for your pets. Although, if you have smaller hands, there comfort for the user has it's challenges.

These don't work great for GSPs but work ok on my lab mix.

We bought these pet hair removal gloves because we have two collies living with us and hair gets everywhere. we first tried them on our oldest dog because he has the worst hair problem. We were able to get a little bit of hair to come off in the gloves, but not as much as we had expected and hoped for. However, I feel that since they just "blew their coat" a few months ago the hair problem isn't as prevelant right now. We are looking forward to using the glove in the future, especially during the weeks they are blowing coat. I think this glove will capture much of the dog hair that would otherwise be released in my house on my furniture and clothing.

They worked GREAT on my american pitbull terrier who has short silky fur. She actually enjoyed being combed with the mitts and I was shocked by how much fur came off!However, I do not recommend them for coarse long hair. I have a mutt that I believe is mixed with Irish setter so he has long wiry fur. While he usually loves to be combed he ram away from the mitts because I believe it was actually pulling on his hair.The gloves are also very easy to clean. I definitely recommend them for short haired breeds! I'd imagine that they would be good for long hair breeds such as Huskies and German shepherds as well.
