Beautiful heavy stoneware, the product came damaged 3 small plates and two large, replaced entire order and very quickly received.Wonderful customer service. Very satisfied, came today but not opened, hopefully they are not any broken pieces..

Pretty - on 3rd shipments all with broken plates
Well these are pretty, but I have ordered 3 boxes now, so far all 3 had broken plates. Not sure what is being done with these but they have very poor packaging to have this happen 3 times. I just ordered the 4th box..if that doesnt work, then back to returning them and not buying againCindy
