Cestina Expres / Czech Express 3 (Textbook, English Appendix and 2 CDs)

I have been learning Czech for the last 2 years after a break of 13 years and this series of books is going to really help me the next time I visit the Czech Republic. The CDs are excellent too as they are representative of Czech as I heard it spoken when I lived there 16 years ago. It is such a shame that I did not have access to a book like this when I was living in the country in the 1990s.
