Eddie Bauer Women's Trail Tight High-Rise Leggings

These are not the super thick high compression leggings that you get from the EB site for about $100. These are a thinner cooler version with much less compression - that’s why they cost less. The style is the exact same - zippered pockets & hidden pocket in the waistband - the only difference is in the fabric. The thicker version hides a lot and squeezes in what it can’t hide.This thinner version is still a good pant, cooler for summer, feels lighter, stylish and functional.They’re good for running when it’s hot and they stay up well. So buy these for summer and the thicker, more expensive version for winter.Size down, EB sizes run big! I’m medium (occasionally large) but, I can only wear EB small.

I purchased these for a hike with friends, to Len Foote’s Hike Inn. They are very comfortable, have great zippered pockets that held my important items securely, allowed for layering comfortably, and kept me warm in 17° temperatures. Since our hike, these have become a staple in my wardrobe…from exercise to shopping and yard work. They have held up well and look new after 20+ washings.I will definitely buy again!!!

I purchased the large in the Eddie Bauer Women's Trail Tight Leggings- high rise. I am 5'7", 29" waist, and 40.5" hip. I was looking for a pair of tights to use for light hikes, so I needed one with pocket. The fit is too loose in the waist and hips, about 2 inches too big. Because of this they seem to fall down with movement. The fabric bunches up around the back of my knees and ankles were loose, but not annoyingly so. I tried a medium is the EB Women's Trail Adventure High-Rise Pants, which the medium seemed to fit better all around except the waist on those was too tight and it made getting over my hips a just a little difficult. So I'm not sure how it would compare to a medium in this trail tight.The pockets are decent. Because the fabric was too loose, the bunching of fabric cause the zippers to not easily open and close. Love the hip pocket, though I do not think I could access wearing a pack with hip belts.The fabric seem durable, soft/smooth and somewhat thick for being tights. With thick socks and a good jacket, these would do good in 30-40 degree F weather, especially if constantly moving. Overall good quality.

I'm 5'8'' and 135 pounds - so I purchased the Medium. Perfect fit and the length was great. I tried them out on a hike in windy, cooler weather and they were fantastic. My legs were comfortably warm without the bulk. I have lots of running tights and leggings and would definitely purchase these again!

I am 5'10 sort of in between sizes large and extra large. I bought one of each (both tall, which is another reason why I decided to purchase two pairs). The XL was too large, especially for running. I've got a bit of a tummy, which kept forcing the leggings down. I had to keep pulling them up. The large fit perfectly! It held my tummy in without fitting too snugly. The zip pockets on both legs are perfect for holding my phone, car key and mask, I purchased another pair in blue, and another in red, but regular length because I like the color. I'll keep the XL to wear when lounging around the house, running errands, and when I start traveling by airplane again.

These pants are tall friendly, but the top rolls down and are way too loose. Good for lounging not for working out.

These are my go to leggings for everything! Comfortable, fit great and wear well. I’ve washed them many times but hang to dry and they still look brand new.

As someone else has pointed out, the black tights are not the standard Eddie Bauer tights, but pairs that were made for Costco that cost less than half of what I paid here. The ones I bought even came with the same size stickers they use at Costco. These do not have zippered pockets or a vertical pocket. These run large. I have plenty of other Eddie Bauer pieces that fit in size L. These immediately felt too loose and sagged as soon as I put my phone in my pocket. I went for a 4-mile run and I had to stop every two blocks to pull them up.

The fit is great, but the material not so much. I bought these leggings at an eddie bauer store and absolutely loved them, that is why I bought a second pair. The style is the exact same but the material is definitely not. It is much cheaper quality, these ones are more like the cheaper version that you may get from costco.
