I love this brand for adding Summer fun color! It's my go to. The pink is beautiful and buildable. If you want the deepest shade your hair will pull to you must start using twice a week at least 4-5 times and leave in for at least 20-30 minutes in my experience...

A little background: I’m a natural brunette. My hairdresser took my virgin hair to platinum, and then dyed it pastel pink. Years ago I had fuchsia bright pink hair and it faded pretty slowly. I’ve noticed the pastel fades a lot faster (the “before” photo is after two washes). I decided to try this to brighten up my hair but hopefully keep it pastel.The process:I lathered my hair with the pale pink shampoo in cold water, and washed it out immediately per the instructions.I put the conditioner in, and let sit for three minutes before rinsing with cold water.Notes:I’ve ordered a wet comb - this came out splotchy and I think it’s due to uneven distribution in my hair. I read one review that washes in sections and I'm going to try that next time to avoid the weird color variation. I think combing my hair with the shampoo and then the conditioner in will help distribute the dye better.Didn’t notice a lot of color bleeding on my towels, skin, etc., and next time I don’t think I’ll wear gloves. Not necessary. That said, a drop of conditioner fell in my laundry sink and left a pink stain so proceed with caution if you’re showering in a plastic tub or something.I can’t speak to the bond fixer in the conditioner, but it didn’t feel phenomenal when I was rinsing. I followed with a hair mask (no. 8 from -that- brand if you’re curious) after just to be sure.My hairdresser suggested I dilute any color adding shampoo with my regular shampoo in a travel size container for daily use and I may just heed that advice.Bottom line, yep, it adds color. Work to work it into your hair evenly to avoid the splotchy mess I created for myself. :)

What a perfect way to keep.your expensive salon color going.

My hair stylist (a color genius) first introduced me to this line and it’s been my tried and true for 7 years. I’m happy they now have this conditioner in addition to the color wash- the conditioner is way easier to use and gentler on your hair. I recently started using it on dry hair as more of a pre-shower hair dye, and that worked well to have better control of where on your head you’re touching up. Not happy with how bright it turns out? That’s fine, it’ll wash out in a week or two. Didn’t get it bright enough? Leave it in longer or try the pre-shower method. It’s also super easy to mix with other shades, or conditioner to lighten the effect; although, the color wash is a bit better for mixing since it’s more concentrated.Plus, it smells amazing.

I have tried other shampoos and this is the only one that deposits about the same color as my Feria color. The others are alarmingly bright. Really helps extend the time between dye days and keeps my color looking fresh. It smells delish as well. BTW I have used the brighter colored pink and purple of this brand and they work WITHOUT needing to dye my hair, which is super easy. I find with this pale color I still need to dye my hair between.

This works well bc it makes my hair have a lovely pink tone. I do wish it was more conditioning though. I usually have to put more conditioner in my hair afterwards.

I originally purchased this light pink hair color because my roots were growing in grey during quarantine. The pink is light and a very pretty color in my blonde hair. Of course the sun bleaching out my hair (live in FL) so the color takes better on the ends. I was able to go to the salon, but I like the pink so much I still continued to add it in here and there. You can't go wrong with this because it does wash out in week, so if you don't like it, wash your hair a couple times. You can leave it in your hair for mins or 20 mins, it wont damage. Smells good too!!! some people looked at me a little weird but in these horrible times we are all going through, it made me smile when I looked in the mirror. I felt like a Disney princess.

Could not sing this product’s praises more! I have had pink hair for a few months and the hair dye my stylist uses is temporary and usually washes out in about two weeks. With this color depositing conditioner, I have been able to keep my color for 6 or more weeks. My stylist was shocked that my hair was still pink when I came in to see her and asked me what I had been using and wanted to look in to maybe selling it in her salon. This stuff rocks!!!!
