AC Compressor Solenoid Control Solenoid Valve for 6SEU16C Toyota Camry Corolla

I've had this in for 2000 miles now, and it is working great in my 07 Camry with the 7 oring 6SEU16C compressor.A few things to note:If you're a DIYer, you're probably going to need to take the valve out first to confirm fitment. I had taken a broken compressor apart from one of these cars prior, so I had a picture to compare to for size and oring count. The same compressor in a different application may have a different valve size.I took my compressor out to do this. If you're an AC guy, you could probably manage without. I wasn't pulling that off. That valve is in there tight.I chose to index the molding line on the old electrical connector to a sharpie mark I drew on the compressor to make sure I put the new one back in the same way (see photo). This may not be necessary.I chose to pull this out by twisting the valve no more than 10 degrees up and down along its axis, rather than trying to pull it straight out. I used two pairs of needle nose: one on top of the connector, and one on bottom, to avoid the connector breaking from putting force on it in only one spot. Maybe not necessary where there is no corrosion from snow, but it is in there snug.Use some of the oil inside of the compressor to lubricate the o rings before inserting the valve if you don't have a bottle already.(See pic) you can use a 19mm socket as a driver to tap the new valve in.I was worried about taking a chance on this part, since pressure control solenoids are not a replaceable part on Denso compressors. I am glad I did. It started working the instant I started to feed refrigerant in, and I was so relieved. This part resolved all of the typical AC pressure control solenoid issues I was having, like having to let the car run for 5 minutes before the ac would start, and the ac stopping when I was parked.
