is the sheet included in the silver crib bundle the original babybjorn sheet? thanks

I just ordered this and a sheet did not come with it. I called Amazon and they confirmed that no sheet is included :-(

What is the max weight allowance for this crib?

Whatever your floor will hold. Essentially this crib is a mat on the floor with a net around it. The mat does not hold weight. The sides might be a better question... and I don't know the answer to that. The angle of the poles probably give it some strength but it doesn't give the impression of being "sturdy". Our little one is over a year old, very tall for her age, 20 something pounds and we had no issues or concerns. I imagine we'll keep her using this for awhile.

Is the mattress too soft for a newborn to sleep In nightly for first 6 weeks?

It is Soft but it is thin, my wife puts a blanket or a towel underneath the mattress and that gets the job done
