I night 5 of these as closing gifts for my buyers. I am a real estate angers and love these signs!!

It has a black smudge on the white part but other than that, it’s a cute decoration.

I am gifting this and when I opened the box, the picture looks like a staple coming through it. So disappointed. Was putting the picture in a basket with other stuff for my sister for Christmas. That is why I opened the box and glad that I did.

The frame looks like it is made from natural wood. Very solid and appears to be good quality. Doesn't look cheap at all, unlike other cheap sign frames that you would find on Amazon or Wayfair. It has a little sawtooth hanger in the back which makes it super easy to hang on the wall.

I bought this for myself but I think it would also make a great gift as well. Super cute. I would recommend.

Perfect home warming gift for a new home owner. Large enough to see but small enough not to take up a lot of space
